At Bird Nest Resort, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring flexibility for our guests while maintaining our service standards.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation (72 Hours Before Check-In): Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty if the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time (10:00 AM).
- Late Cancellation (Within 72 Hours of Check-In): If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of check-in, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund for Early Cancellation: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the deposit/payment made at the time of booking.
- Partial Refund: If a booking is canceled within 72 hours of check-in, only the amount paid beyond the first night’s stay (if applicable) will be refunded.
- No Refund for Early Departure: Guests who choose to leave earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not receive any refund for the unused nights.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the online payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Special Offers/Non-Refundable Bookings
- For bookings made under special offers or non-refundable rates, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show, regardless of the timing.
4. Group Bookings
- For group bookings (3 or more rooms), cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before check-in to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
5. Force Majeure
- In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Bird Nest Resort may offer a full refund or a rebooking option without penalty, subject to availability.
