- Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment must be made at check-in unless otherwise stated.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during booking.
- Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellations up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in will be charged the full room rate for one night.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must present valid ID upon check-in.
- All personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility. The resort is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Resort Rules
- No smoking inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon during booking.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Use of Facilities
- Guests are responsible for using all resort amenities safely.
- The resort reserves the right to restrict or limit access to facilities for safety reasons or in case of maintenance.
- Force Majeure
- The resort is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
- Liability
- Bird Nest Resort is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay, except as required by law.
- Amendments to Terms
- Bird Nest Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest terms will apply to your booking.
